Pani puri dry dosa is an interesting fusion dish that combines the flavors of pani puri, a popular Indian street food, with the traditional South Indian pancake. The filling for the dosa is prepared separately and consists of mashed potatoes, boiled chickpeas, chopped onions, tomatoes, and tangy and spicy pani puri water. The filling is then placed on top of the Pani puri dry dosa, and it is served with tamarind chutney and green chutney.
